热升华:一种用于制备少层黑磷的可扩展可控减薄方法

在本工作中,我们报道了黑磷在低于600 K加热条件下的均匀逐层升华。热减薄后BP样品的均匀性和结晶性通过拉曼光谱和二维拉曼成像得到确认。利用该方法制备了面积为180 um^2的均匀结晶双层黑磷薄片。未观察到微米级缺陷。BP的升华速率在500 K时约为0.18 nm / min,在550 K时约为1.5 nm / min。建立了室温及高温下拉曼峰强度比Si/A2g与BP厚度的关系,用于原位厚度测定。升华减薄方法被证明是一种制备少层黑磷的可控且可扩展的方法。
