半导体双层中赝自旋共振的理论

摘要
半导体双层中的赝自旋自由度产生了一种类似于铁磁体铁磁共振模式的集体激发模式。我们给出了该模式的能量与阻尼随层间距 依赖关系的理论。基于这些结果,我们讨论了在半导体中实现由输运电流驱动的赝自旋转移振荡器的可能性。
