摘要
从理论上研究了自旋矩辅助的单自由层热翻转。基于速率方程，我们推导了扫描电流辅助磁化翻转的最概然翻转电流和平均翻转电流的理论公式，并发现翻转速率公式中的指数 的值显著影响磁性随机存储器保持时间的估计。基于 Fokker-Planck 方法，我们还证明了 的值应为二，而非先前工作中论证的一。
