自旋力矩翻转概率对电流的依赖性

摘要

理论上研究了热辅助自旋力矩翻转概率对扫描电流的依赖性。基于速率方程推导了b=1b=1b=2b=2时的翻转时间解析表达式,其中bb是翻转速率中电流项的指数。在实验进行的温度TT和扫描速率vv范围内,对于b=1b=1b=2b=2两种情况,翻转电流均近似与温度TT及扫描速率vv的对数成正比。确定指数bb需要在极低温范围内进行实验。
