强无序半导体结中的Andreev反射理论

摘要
我们研究了{\sl N~-~Sm~-~S}结的导电性，其中{\sl Sm}是强无序半导体。预测该{\sl N~-~Sm~-~S}结构的微分电导在处有一个尖锐的峰。与弱无序体系的情况不同，即使在边界上没有额外的(肖特基)势垒，这一特征仍然存在。这种结的零偏置电导仅比正常态电导小一个数值因子。讨论了具有超导引线的门控异质结构实验的意义。
