多层晶格中位错弹性远场衰减的理论研究

摘要
我们精确且严格地刻画了晶体材料中由位错产生的弹性场的衰减，特别关注多层晶格的作用。具体地，我们确立多层晶格中位错产生的弹性场可分解为由线性化 Cauchy-Born 弹性理论预测的连续介质场，以及一个代表缺陷核的离散且非线性的核修正项。我们从解析与数值两方面展示了该结果对数值模拟中晶胞尺寸效应的影响。
