1T-TaS$_2$中非平衡非晶态的理论建模

摘要
1T-TaS以其异常复杂的相图以及独特的长寿命亚稳隐态(H态)而著称。近来,利用比H态情形更高的光激发通量,发现了一种新颖的亚稳态。由于其与玻璃的相似性,该态被称为非晶态(A态)。在Brazovskii与Karpov工作的基础上,我们表明A态可成功地用二维六角晶格上的经典相互作用极化子来建模。我们发现A态的极化子构型对应于一种受阻 screened Coulomb系统,其中不存在有序-无序相变。
