摘要
许多“真实世界”网络是明确定义的，而大多数“社会”网络在某种程度上是主观的。事实上，经验决定的社会网络的准确性是一个值得关注的问题，因为个体可能对什么构成社交链接有不同感知。一种明确的连接类型是性接触。本文分析了一批随机样本中性行为数据，发现性伴侣数的累积分布在12个月的调查前衰减为幂律分布，女性和男性的指数相似，均为约 2.4。人类性行为网络的无尺度特性表明，针对性传播疾病的战略干预可能是最有效的方法。
