摘要
我们研究线性时不变系统理论中当开环系统具有虚特征值时所出现的一些问题。这些问题是：（1）无限时域最小能量最优控制问题；（2）为不稳定系统定义能控性格拉姆矩阵的问题；（3）状态脉冲响应的傅里叶变换作为分布的正则性。除了分别研究这些问题外，我们还指出了它们之间的相互联系。
