POLARBEAR-2 与 Simons Array 焦平面制备现状

摘要

我们报告 POLARBEAR-2 A(PB2-A)焦平面制备现状。PB2-A 是 Simons Array(SA)三台望远镜中的第一台,SA 是位于智利北部 POLARBEAR(PB)台址的三个宇宙微波背景(CMB)偏振灵敏望远镜阵列。作为 PB 实验的继任者,每台望远镜与接收机组合命名为 PB2-A、PB2-B 与 PB2-C。PB2-A 与 -B 将具有几乎相同的接收机,工作于 90 与 150 GHz,而 PB2-C 将容纳工作于 220 与 270 GHz 的接收机。每台接收机包含由七个紧密六角排布的透镜耦合正弦天线跃变边缘传感器辐射热计阵列构成的焦平面。每个阵列含 271 个双色光学像素,每像素具四个 TES 辐射热计,每台接收机共计 7588 个探测器。我们为 PB2-A 制备了两类候选阵列。第一类称 Version 11(V11),使用氧化硅(SiOx)作为传输线,并以正交偏振的交叉跨越工艺。第二类称 Version 13(V13),使用氮化硅(SiNx)作为传输线,并以正交偏振的下方交叉工艺。我们已制备足量的每类阵列以完全填充 PB2-A 接收机焦平面。V11 与 V13 阵列的平均引线键合良率分别为 93.2% 与 95.6%。V11 阵列的超导转变温度(Tc)为 452 ± 15 mK,正常电阻(Rn)为 1.25 ± 0.20 欧姆,90 与 150 GHz 频带的饱和功率分别为 5.2 ± 1.0 pW 与 13 ± 1.2 pW。V13 阵列的超导转变温度(Tc)为 456 ± 6 mK,正常电阻(Rn)为 1.1 ± 0.2 欧姆,90 与 150 GHz 频带的饱和功率分别为 10.8 ± 1.8 pW 与 22.9 ± 2.6 pW。
