摘要
中国计量科学研究院正在进行一项惯性质量测量项目，旨在精确测量普朗克常数，以便与已知的引力质量测量项目（例如瓦特平衡和阿伏伽德罗项目）进行比较。本文介绍了惯性质量测量的原理、装置和实验研究。已研制出实验原型机，并实现了相对不确定度为万分之几的普朗克常数测量，用于原理验证。
