基于基本物理常数固定值确定质量标准的随机方法

摘要
研究表明，平稳随机过程的惯性性质可用其相关间隔与两倍方差之比表示。当使用普朗克常数 h 的固定值作为比例因子时，该比值可用作质量标准的等价物。建议采用热噪声作为参考高斯平稳随机过程。本文还给出了创建用于测量物体能量质量的热超导安培天平项目的理论依据。
