摘要
Mu3e实验寻找轻子味破坏衰变,最终目标灵敏度为次衰变中1个事件。此目标只能通过将对每跟踪层的材料预算降至来实现。减薄至的高压单片有源像素传感器(HV-MAPS)用作传感器。气态氦被选为冷却剂。本文给出近期与传感器原型、氦冷却及模块原型相关研究的结果。近期的芯片投片MuPix10已证明其关于效率与时间分辨率的 functionalities。内跟踪器的氦冷却系统已通过全尺寸原型验证。一个装备MuPix10芯片的完整原型将于2021年夏季在Mu3e磁体内测试。
