MuPix 与 ATLASPix —— 架构与结果

摘要

高压单片有源像素传感器(HV-MAPS)基于商用高压 CMOS 工艺,并通过反向偏置二极管内的漂移收集电荷。HV-MAPS 是未来像素径迹探测器的一种有前景的技术。本文介绍两项近期进展。MuPix 具有连续读出,正为 Mu3e 实验而开发;而 ATLASPix 正为具有触发读出的 LHC 应用而开发。两种变体均采用全单片设计,包含状态机、时钟电路与串行驱动器。多个原型与设计变体已在实验室与测试束流活动中表征,以测量效率、噪声、时间分辨与辐射耐受性。本文给出近期 MuPix 与 ATLASPix 原型的结果,并讨论未来改进的前景。
