混合效应元回归中被忽略的混杂与交互作用的影响

摘要
分析者很少在元回归模型中纳入交互项，若确实存在交互作用，这会引入偏倚。我们在本文中通过重新分析一项关于急性心力衰竭研究的实例来说明这一点，其中忽略交互作用可能导致错误的推断与结论。此外，我们基于该实例进行了简要的模拟研究，以凸显遗漏或不必要地纳入交互项所造成的影响。基于我们的结果，我们建议：当此类交互作用合理存在时，应始终在混合效应元回归模型中纳入交互项。
