癌症对神经元放电率的影响

摘要
我们研究了神经种群减少对神经元放电率的影响。我们提出了一种基于脑组织中癌变生长以及由于缺失支持神经元的细胞而导致神经元死亡的细胞自动机模型。我们利用该模型研究当神经元网络处于不同外部刺激下且癌细胞具有不同增殖率时，放电率如何变化。我们的工作表明，癌症增殖降低了神经元放电率。
