星系团中光度函数的暗端

摘要
我综述了星系团中星系光度函数暗端的近期测量结果。结果表明，星系团中心区域的星系光度函数在各星系团之间具有显著的一致性，且该光度函数在亮星等和暗星等处均较陡，在中间星等处较平缓。该曲率具有高度显著性——无论是幂律函数还是Schechter函数均无法与数据吻合。在任何星等下，alpha=-1均不能很好地拟合数据。所有被研究的星系团中最暗的星系均为矮椭球星系。
