摘要
多维相干光谱直接揭示了在线性光谱中重叠的多重激发态。我们报道了在半导体极化子二极管中的多维相干光电流光谱，并探索了腔极化子的激发阶梯。我们测量了激子-极化子对与三重组的二重与三重避免交叉，展示了光与修饰的双重态及三重态半导体激发之间的强耦合。这些结果表明，与微腔强耦合的多重激发激子态可被描述为两个耦合的量子非谐阶梯。
