我们研究了Vojta猜想中例外集对各种参数的依赖性。特别地，通过利用某些椭圆曲面，我们对一个常被提出的问题给出了否定回答：即Vojta猜想在推广到所有代数点时是否成立（也就是说，如果猜想成立而不固定代数点的次数上界）。
