迁移研究中社交媒体分析的伦理问题

摘要
社交媒体平台在全球的普及及其使用，使其成为研究大型人群的有吸引力的选择，尤其当其中一些平台提供对大量结构化数据的访问时。然而，伴随该数据的收集、存储和使用而来的是伦理与法律责任，在审视移民等常被污名化与刑事化的社会群体时，这些责任尤为重要。为确保社交媒体数据以最合乎伦理的方式被使用，已制定出各类指南、框架与法律。然而，它们在过去几年中迅速演变，且分散于不同领域与学科。为协助研究者应对这些问题，本章概述了通过社交媒体平台研究迁移的伦理考量。基于相关学术文献以及国家与超国家框架和法规，我们回顾了过去二十年与社交媒体研究相关的主要伦理问题如何被讨论，并概述了缓解这些问题的良好实践范例。本概述旨在为研究者提供理论与实践工具，以考量并缓解迁移相关语境下社交媒体研究所涉及的伦理挑战。
