库仑相互作用对介观持续电流的影响

摘要
本文对三维介观环中的持续电流进行了数值研究。该模型为具有随机格点能和电子间相互作用的紧束缚模型。对电子间相互作用采用自洽 Hartree-Fock 近似，并研究了多达 个格点的模型。结果表明，长程库仑相互作用增强了有限宽度环中的持续电流。讨论了该增强效应的起源。
