磁点阵热激活再磁化过程中节点缺陷的动力学响应

摘要
通过计算机模拟，研究了非磁性中心节点缺陷对热激活下规则正方形 5 x 5 磁点阵段动力学性质的影响。利用随机 Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert 方程，我们模拟了磁滞和弛豫过程。研究发现，具有非磁性中心节点缺陷的磁点阵与无缺陷磁点阵之间存在显著的定量和定性差异。
