光激发绿色荧光蛋白的相干动力学

摘要
报道了绿色荧光蛋白中振动电子波包的相干动力学。在室温下,脉冲光激发后的非稳态动力学显示出振荡的光透射率图样,其分量周期为 67 fs (497 cm^{-1}) 与 59 fs (593 cm^{-1})。我们的结果辅以发色团振动谱的从头计算。该分析显示了绿色荧光蛋白初级光学事件中氨基酸结构动力学与电子激发之间的相互作用。
