我们引入一种通用、简单且有效的方法来求取在垂直于选定空间方向平面上对场施加任意边界条件时量子场的零点能。作为例子，我们将该方法应用于受MIT袋模型型边界条件约束的有质量费米子场的卡西米尔效应。
