摘要
玻尔在1926年提出的定律，其内容与表述方式在今天有了很大的变化。本文追溯了100年前玻尔定律的早期历史、其约50年前向泛POVM（Generalized Measurement）的推广（这在当今量子光学和量子信息理论中至关重要），以及从量子探测器的直观定义出发的最新推导。本文在很大程度上基于A. Neumaier于2019年出版的《Coherent Quantum Physics》以及A.
