摘要
研究了量子霍尔区中具有大纵横比的小型反点阵列中的阿哈罗诺夫-玻姆(AB)效应。磁场-栅压(B-Vg)平面中AB振荡随温度的变化揭示了屏蔽的温度依赖性。观察到围绕反点的可压缩带的自洽屏蔽势随温度升高而逐渐变陡。
