氧化亚铜中激子俄歇衰变过程的温度依赖性

摘要
我们报告了在单光子表面激发下，氧化亚铜中激子俄歇衰变在2 K至325 K宽温度范围内的理论与实验研究。我们发现，在100 K以上，俄歇常数随温度线性增加。该常数对激子玻色凝聚实验至关重要。
