石墨烯和硅烯中能带的对称性分类

摘要
我们利用群论代数和紧束缚近似，给出了石墨烯和硅烯中电子能带的对称性分类结果。分析在不存在和存在自旋-轨道耦合的情况下进行。我们还讨论了布里渊区对称点处的能带合并以及这些点成为狄拉克点的条件。
