暴露于首轮 ITER 类似壁 JET 运行的瓦片与样品的表面分析

摘要

本文报告了对 2011-2012 年期间首轮采用 ITER 类似壁(ILW)运行后从 JET 移除的瓦片进行的首次事后分析。通过离子束分析(IBA)技术中的卢瑟福背散射谱(RBS)和核反应分析(NRA),以及二次离子质谱(SIMS),对偏滤器瓦片进行了分析,以确定暴露于刮削层的瓦片中铍沉积量和氘滞留量。在 1 号瓦片顶部存在 10-20 微米厚的薄膜,但在阴影区和其他偏滤器瓦片上仅发现非常薄的薄膜(<1 微米)。在考虑 2007-2009 年运行时间较长的因素后,ILW 运行后偏滤器中发现的铍总量约为 2007-2009 年碳壁运行期间沉积材料的~1/9。
