REFeAsO1-xFx (RE=稀土元素)中的超导电性与磁性

摘要

通过常压下的传统固相反应制备了含稀土钆的掺氟铁基氧砷化物(GdFeAsO0.8F0.2)以及共掺钇的样品(Gd0.8Y0.2FeAsO0.8F0.2)。未掺钇的氧砷化物在电阻随温度变化的测量中显示出高达43.9 K的超导转变,而在磁化强度随温度变化的测量中,在较低的40.8 K处观察到迈斯纳效应。用少量钇替代钆后,观察到Tc降低了10 K,这可能是由于电子或磁结构的变化所致,因为晶体结构并未改变。
