我们报道了缺氧铁基砷氧化物 GdFeAsO1-delta 化合物的制备及其超导性,该化合物的电阻率起始转变温度为 53.5 K。该材料具有与新发现的高 Tc ReFeAsO1-delta 族(Re = 稀土金属)相同的晶体结构,且晶格进一步缩小,然而与 SmFeAsO1-delta 体系相比,其 Tc 开始下降。
