CPA+DMFT 方法下二元合金比热的研究

摘要
利用相干势近似 (coherent potential approximation) 与动力学平均场理论 (dynamical mean-field theory) 相结合的方法，研究了具有二元无序类型的强关联系统的热力学性质。在浓度接近系统填充数时，比热在低温下出现一个峰值。该峰值与库仑相互作用导致的局域矩形成有关。比热的线性系数是发散的，系统处于非费米液体 (non-Fermi-liquid) 区域。
