分数量子霍尔系统的比热

摘要
利用时间分辨声子吸收技术,我们测量了分数量子霍尔效应区域中二维电子系统的比热。对于填充因子和,比热表现出强烈的指数温度依赖性,与跨越准粒子能隙的激发一致。在填充因子处,我们首次测量了复合费米子系统的比热。在低至 K的温度下观察到的线性温度依赖性,与早期对复合费米子费米液体的预测吻合良好。
