分数量子霍尔系统的比热

摘要

利用时间分辨声子吸收技术,我们测量了分数量子霍尔效应区域中二维电子系统的比热。对于填充因子ν=5/3,4/3,2/3,3/5,4/7,2/5\nu = 5/3, 4/3, 2/3, 3/5, 4/7, 2/51/31/3,比热表现出强烈的指数温度依赖性,与跨越准粒子能隙的激发一致。在填充因子ν=1/2\nu = 1/2处,我们首次测量了复合费米子系统的比热。在低至T=0.14T = 0.14 K的温度下观察到的线性温度依赖性,与早期对复合费米子费米液体的预测吻合良好。
