面向视障残疾人士的 E 服务使用条件研究

摘要
本文旨在确定法语语言下残疾人士对电子行政网站（实用性）的期望。同时，也是为了识别视障人士在实际操作这些 E 服务时所面临的使用困难（可用性），以及评估这些具有特定需求的人群在生活方式上的心理社会影响。我们展示，缺乏数值可及性可能会加剧这些人所遭受的社会排斥，建立一种数值玻璃天花板。
