动态混沌条件下沟道电子波函数的结构

摘要
对硅晶体中靠近[110]方向轴向沟道的快电子，已在可积与不可积情形（分别对应经典运动规则与混沌）下数值求得了定态波函数。在能态密度高的准经典区域，波函数的节点结构与量子混沌理论预言相符。
