摘要
当快带电粒子穿过晶体时，在原子链和原子面的连续势中可能发生横向运动能量的量子化。本文求出了电子在平行原子链系统（例如硅晶体的 [110] 链）中沿轴向沟道 regime 运动时的能级，此时电子能量为几十 MeV 量级，总能级数变得很大（多达数百个）。展示了用于能级搜索的谱方法的高分辨率。因此，该方法可用于量子混沌问题的研究。
