本文研究了具有缩减线性测量的主成分追踪（principal component pursuit）的强凸规划问题，该问题旨在从少量线性测量中分解低秩矩阵与稀疏矩阵的叠加。首先，我们提供了充分条件，在这些条件下强凸模型能够实现精确的低秩和稀疏矩阵恢复；其次，我们就如何在实际算法中选择合适参数给出了建议。
