石墨烯中弱(反)局域化的强烈抑制

摘要
低场磁电阻在高电阻率的低维金属系统中普遍存在,并被很好地理解为源于自相交扩散轨迹上的量子干涉。我们发现,在石墨烯中,这种弱局域化磁电阻被强烈抑制,在某些情况下完全消失。这一出乎意料的观察归因于石墨烯片的介观波纹,其引起的退相干效应类似于随机磁场。
