摘要
我们应用转盘皮米测量法测量了硅上热氧化层上石墨烯的复折射率。在室温下，折射率在532 nm处从 n = 2.4-1.0i 变化到633 nm处的 n = 3.0-1.4i。该色散比块体石墨强五倍（从532 nm到633 nm为2.67-1.34i到2.73-1.42i）。
