我们在随机形式体系及两者竞争的背景下，研究了 miRNA 作为应激诱导剂和同步剂在调节扩散耦合遗传振荡器中的两个重要作用。我们确定了耦合常数的最优值，在该值处同步速率最强；低于该值时同步活动占主导地位，而高于该值时应激活动会破坏同步模式。维持在单个振荡器中的 miRNA 浓度调节了由扩散 miRNA 实现的同步活动。
