核知识教育与研究 Web 门户 BelNET 的创建步骤

摘要
白俄罗斯国立大学目前正在开发核知识教育与研究 Web 门户 BelNET（白俄罗斯核教育与培训门户）。未来，这一专门的电子门户可发展为国家级核知识门户。本文开发了 BelNET 门户的概念、结构和分类法。分析了其运行的要求和条件。实现了门户的信息模型和架构以及软件算法和方法。目前，BelNET 软件已实现该门户的所有基本功能，包括远程（通过 Internet）开放内容编辑、排序、过滤等。BelNET 的知识填充尚处于起步阶段。
