摘要
本文提出了一项建议，包含了作者在保加利亚武装部队自动化信息系统信息安全系统的开发与实施中的经验。本文介绍了通信与信息系统信息安全（CIS IS）风险分析与评估系统的体系结构，并提出了“定义”子系统的E-net模型，作为检验各子系统的工具。这种方法可成功应用于商业领域的通信与信息系统。
