长期以来人们一直认为断裂实验与地震之间存在深刻的类比关系；然而，很少有工作试图完整刻画这些截然不同现象之间的平行关系。我们研究了 Vycor (SiO2) 压缩过程中产生的声发射事件。研究发现，Gutenberg-Richter 定律、修正的 Omori 定律以及余震生产率定律在至少 5 个数量级范围内成立，独立于压缩速率，并在整个实验期间保持平稳。等待时间分布满足统一标度律，其长时幂律指数接近 2.45，这可以通过活动率的时变特性来解释。
