具有“温”备用单元的冗余系统的统计分析

摘要
利用著名的 Sedyakin 模型和加速失效时间 (AFT) 模型，给出了备用单元从“温”状态流畅切换至“热”状态的数学表述。提出了具有多个备用单元的冗余系统的累积分布函数和平均失效时间的非参数估计量。给出了针对这两个给定模型的拟合优度检验。
