ZnO纳米晶形成过程中的自发对称性破缺

摘要
我们将系统对称性引入工作,以研究不同ZnO纳米晶的对称性。结果表明,在ZnO纳米晶形成过程中,系统对称性遵循自发对称性破缺的规律。据此提出了ZnO纳米晶的统一形成机制。我们的结果为介观尺度上的结晶和自发对称性破缺提供了新的见解。
