摘要
利用配备成像自旋过滤器的飞行时间动量显微镜,对铁电a-GeTe(111)薄膜中电子能带的自旋极化进行了全面映射,该显微镜能够同时测量超过10.000个数据点(体素)。研究发现表面和体带均出现Rashba型分裂,且内外Rashba带具有相反的自旋螺旋性,揭示了费米能级处复杂的自旋纹理。GeTe的可切换内电场意味着自旋电子器件的新功能。
