摘要
利用电子束光刻和阴影蒸发技术，制备了具有铝岛和正交铁磁引线（Co）的铁磁单电子晶体管。其I-V特性表现出典型的单电子隧穿效应。在外磁场中进行的输运测量表明，当两个铁磁引线处于反平行构型时，自旋不平衡会导致超导电性受到抑制。
