摘要

对于定义在简单立方晶格上的紧束缚模型，在所有三个维度（ $D=1 - 3$ ）中获得了绝缘体中电子密度矩阵渐近衰减的解析结果。各向异性衰减长度被证明依赖于模型的能量参数。证明了幂律前因子 $+AFw-propto r^{-D/2}$ 的存在。
