利用矢量Slepian谐波和矢量Slepian多极场求解高数值孔径聚焦的逆问题

摘要
提出了一种利用矢量Slepian谐波和多极场的技术，用于一般性地处理高数值孔径聚焦的逆问题。通过数值优化近似焦体积内指定的强度分布或电场分布，并构建入射光瞳处的相应照明场。从近期文献中选取了三个例子来说明该方法。
