双环面镜对宽带高次谐波辐射的微聚焦

摘要
我们提出了一种基于 Wolter 配置的双环面镜光学系统,用于聚焦宽带 XUV 辐射。借助 XUV 波前传感器对聚焦光学系统的对准进行了优化。将优化后的波前反向传播至焦点,得到半高全宽为 3.64.0 m 的焦斑,这与预测最小尺寸为 3.03.2 m 的光线追踪模拟结果一致。这项工作对于优化聚焦高次谐波的强度以达到非线性相互作用区域非常重要。
